Payoneer has received a Best Places to Work award from the Business Intelligence Group!  The organization sought to identify companies that are actively working to improve their own performance through efforts to challenge employees in environments that makes work fun and engaging.

“I’ve often said that having a positive corporate culture is the only sustainable way to build long-term success.  Markets, customer needs, technology, the competitive landscape – all these things are changing now faster than ever and aren’t in our control.  The only thing we can really try to control are the employees we hire, and the culture we promote,” said Scott Galit, Payoneer CEO. “We’re thrilled to have a great team and to see that our employees agree that Payoneer is the best place to work! We will continue making investments to create a positive and employee-centric work environment at Payoneer.”

Researchers, including Gallup, have determined that employee satisfaction and engagement are key indicators for employee productivity and customer satisfaction.

“Congratulations to the entire team for making employee satisfaction and performance a priority at Payoneer,” said Russ Fordyce, managing director of the Business Intelligence Group. “Employees have voted and provided clear evidence that this is a special company”

Nominations for the Best Places to Work award were submitted to the Business Intelligence Group in April.  Payoneer employees were then asked to rate the company online for overall satisfaction and performance.  Over half of all company employees voted, and gave Payoneer a perfect 5 out of 5 stars!

“Congratulations to the entire team,” Galit continued. “We will do our best to continue to make Payoneer a great place to work and we know that if we do that Payoneer will continue to be a great success for years to come.”
