Payoneer Checkout: Introducing updated Transactions View

We have overhauled the look and feel of the Transactions View, so you can clearly see what stage your transactions are at and act upon the unexpected. The new and improved functionality enables merchants to get to the heart of what makes their customers tick, quicker.

What’s new?

Improved filters

New filters within Transaction View give you a whole new level of control over the way you interrogate and analyze your store’s performance.

Filter by date – Choose pre-built or custom ranges by selecting either the dates within a calendar or by typing new dates into the date fields. For further drilldowns into transactions, you can also select time of day ranges
Filter by transaction status – To understand the progress of transactions, you can either filter by individual status or save time by bulk selecting with our new grouping functionality
Filter by location – Select one or more countries to narrow down data to specific geographies

Other filters – Filter by amount, payment method, currency, customer IP country, financial institution and transaction source

Improved exports

Getting transaction data out of Checkout couldn’t be simpler; decide the data you want to see and export for offline analysis or import into other software.

Order and reorder columns – Edit and order the way in which you want your data to appear
Export format (XLS/CSV) – Easy export into standard file formats and select the time zone

Improved refund management

Whether you’re refunding in full or giving back part of the transaction, Payoneer Checkout makes it easy to manage your earnings and outgoings.

Partials refunds – Select the transaction and control the amount you want to refund
Transaction timeline – Automatic timeline updates for full and partial transactions
