Payoneer Customers in India Can Now Receive International Payments via Payoneer
At Payoneer, we’re always working on new and innovative payment solutions that improve the way you receive and withdraw funds worldwide. Now, we are proud to announce the Global Payment Service, which allows Payoneer users to receive payment from international companies – as though you had a local bank account.
How does it work?
When you need to receive payment, simply provide the details of your receiving account to your client and get paid directly to your local bank account. An even simpler option is to request a payment directly from Payoneer. Your clients can then pay you quickly and easily via either credit card (VISA or Mastercard®) or via their company bank account. All funds sent to your receiving account will automatically be transferred to your local bank in INR. It’s that simple!
What countries/currencies are supported?
Currently, the Global Payment Service supports payments from commercial companies in the United States (USD), Europe (EUR) and the United Kingdom; England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales (GBP). Payments are transferred using ACH (for USD), SEPA (for EUR), and BACS (for UK). Find out more about each of the services here:
