Good News for Android & iOS Developers: Payoneer Offers in-app SDK

Good news for Android & iOS developers! Payoneer can now process your in-app payments and load them on to your Payoneer card or directly into your bank account. Before I go into the details, let me first explain how in-app purchases work, and why Payoneer can be beneficial to you.

When developing an Android or iOS app, you have many choices of how to earn extra income from your app other than the initial sale. By placing simple code within your app, you can sell physical goods, virtual goods, virtual currency, extra levels to a game, and more.

You can even choose to sell your app for free and give a trial period, or only open up one or two levels of a game, after which the user can choose to purchase the app. By giving the trial app away for free, you can improve app sale conversion: Your users will have a chance to test out your app and see that they’d really like to purchase it.

This is where Payoneer comes in: You can integrate Payoneer’s SDK inside the Android or iOS app. You will receive a personal merchant account with us, and your users can make purchases through any Visa or Mastercard®. We will soon be adding all of the major eWallets as well.

Once your user wants to make a purchase, be it an upgrade, physical goods, virtual goods, or virtual currency, we will process the payment for you and load your Payoneer card with the money earned from the sale, or we can send them directly into your bank account – whatever country you live in.

The benefits to using Payoneer are many:

  • Keep track of your payments and access them quickly – regardless of how many markets you use to distribute them
  • No bank account needed if receiving payment to the Payoneer prepaid debit Mastercard® card
  • Withdraw cash and shop online anywhere in the world that accepts Mastercard® cards
  • Check your balance and transactions online anytime
  • 24/7 support through live chat, phone and e-mail in multiple languages
