We previously announced a new “e-mail alert” pilot service which notifies Payoneer account holders via e-mail of charges made to their Payoneer cards. After several months of testing this new service we’re excited to announce that it is being released as an official service!

Starting today, all Payoneer account holders will receive an e-mail alert for Payoneer card charges originating in different countries and exceeding a certain amount. This e-mail will include important information about the transaction, and the option to immediately notify our customer support department 24/7 should there be any issues with the transaction.

Email Alert

We’re very excited about this new service and can’t wait to hear your feedback. Have you received an e-mail alert yet? Share your experience with us in the comments!
