Payoneer is constantly working to improve its knowledge and close the necessary gaps in order to comply with local regulations in China.  We have learned the importance of holding a license to operate properly and we are committed to closing this gap to comply with local regulations in China.

In order to be responsive to the PBoC compliance framework regulating the cross border market, we are increasing our investment and commitment to the China market and humbly reaffirming our commitment to work within the regulatory guidelines established to ensure we comply with local laws in China.  We are working closely with China-based partners to implement the required solutions to ensure your cross-border business is supported in a compliant way for many years to come.
