At Payoneer, we’re thrilled to have our hard work recognized and to stand alongside other highly valued companies that are making innovative changes to the world of payments. This is Forbes’ fifth annual Fintech 50 list, a ranking of the world’s most innovative financial technology companies that are disrupting the way people spend, invest and save.
We are truly honored to be one of the 50 companies that are changing the way businesses process payments all across the globe. This past year, we’ve expanded our achievements even further by launching new products, hosting large events in multiple locations, entering into new strategic partnerships and so much more.
In the past year, we’ve:
- Expanded our working capital & partnerships – We expanded our Capital Advance solution, helping sellers access more working capital to invest in their business, and settle gradually over time. In addition, we launched working capital with Walmart.
- Launched new & improved mobile app – We upgraded our Payoneer mobile app to help users easily manage their global payments on the go. Users can track balances and transactions, receive important notifications and more, all from the palm of their hands!
- Hosted first ever roadshow in India – We traveled to four cities across India and invited global eSellers to discover how to sell their products beyond India and expand into new markets.
- Launched 4th annual Payoneer Entrepreneurship Awards – For the fourth year in a row, we celebrated entrepreneurial success by recognizing the innovation and determination demonstrated by our different global communities.
- Acquired Munich–based tech company – We proudly entered the world of merchant services by acquiring German payments platform, optile, which streamlines and optimizes payment acceptance processes for merchants worldwide.
